Installation Method

Contents of the Turbo Pump Kit include a Turbo Pump, Smart Controller, Power Supply Line, and PVC Piping with necessary outlet and inlet fittings.
Install the filter cover on the pump inlet and attach the outflow adapter to the pump outlet.
Connect the 3-pin connector of the controller to the pump.
Connect the adapter to the controller (DC plug).

Use the provided O-ring along with the barb fitting to minimize leaks, and tighten the hose by hand only. (Risk of damage: Do not use tools to tighten.)
When using the pump underwater, ensure the power cord does not get submerged in water. (If the connector gets wet, dry it before use.)
Connect the pump’s power cable to the controller securely, ensuring no moisture penetrates.
Connect the controller to the power supply.
Install the controller and power supply in a place free from heat, water, and moisture. Preferably, install them in a location with good airflow to keep the components cool.
Double-check all connections.
Plug the power cord into a power outlet.

Controller Usage Instructions

Steady Flow Mode:

When the power is on, the pump starts immediately. When the digital display shows 1-01, press the + and – buttons to determine the flow rate. The maximum value is 20.

Nutrition Transmission Wave Mode:

The FEED button stops the pump for 10/20/30 minutes. This function is useful for feeding or maintenance. The pump will restart automatically after 10/20/30 minutes, or you can manually restart it.

Turbo Pump Instructions

Steady Flow Mode

When the power is turned on, the pump operates immediately. When the digital display shows 1-01, press the + and – buttons to adjust the flow rate. The maximum value is 20.

Nutrition Transmission Wave Mode

This mode starts with a weak flow, gradually increases to maximum flow, and then gradually decreases back to the initial weak flow.

Initial Flow Setting:

Press the M button until the digital display shows 1, then set the continuous flow mode (Steady Flow Mode) between 1-05 and 1-20.
Press the M button until the digital display shows 3, then use the + and – keys to change the flow rate value shown on the screen.

Feeding Mode:

Press the Feed button. When F-10 is displayed on the LCD display, the feeding function is activated. In this mode, the pump stops for 10 minutes and then resumes operation after 10 minutes. Press the Feed button again to set F-20, which pauses the pump for 30 minutes before resuming operation. Press the Feed button four times to display “Of” on the LCD screen, and the pump stops. Press the Feed button again to return to the initial setting.
